Julia Lansdell, Founder, a certified loan signing agent, and an independent notary. The sole owner of Legacy Signing Services LLC in Tupelo, MS. since 2022. I launched Legacy Signing Services, because i saw a need for a convenient and accessible notary services for the home-bound, hospitalized, incarcerated, or maybe a client with a driver's license suspended and more. Since starting my mobile notary services, it has grown across North Mississippi and nationwide. The people of Mississippi discovered the convenience and peace of mind that came with having a notary come directly to them.

Trained and certified with the NNA (National Notary Association) a Loan Signing Agent, holds a $25,000 E&O insurance, and is skilled to handle any kind of notarial act and signings.
